Q) Can We Book a Child Seat?
A) Yes, you can. Kindly update the cab operator at the time of booking the cab. Cab operators may charge for the seat (typically £5), a fee which you can pay directly to the driver.

Q) What Happens If I am Late or Unable to Meet the Driver?
A) If you appear more than 15 minutes after the agreed pickup time, it is at the cab operator’s discretion if they will still take you. Any charges for this additional waiting time are to be settled between you and the cab operator.

Q) What Details Are Needed If I'm Being Picked up from an Airport?
A) Kindly update us with all of the information mentioned below:

  • Flight Number
  • Flight Arriving into the UK Airport
  • Number of Passengers
  • Luggage Information

Please keep your mobile phone turned on once you arrive. Your driver will meet you at the arrivals area of the airport.

Q) I Lost an Item in the Taxi, What Can I Do?
A) If an item is lost or has been left in our taxi, you can be sure that we will have it for you. If you have lost something, please contact us within 24 hours. You may be able to have it delivered to your address, or you may have to collect it from a nearby police station.
